One of the many reasons I choose to partner with Metro Drugs is because we are focused on fertility while encouraging whole body wellness. I was invited to chat with Dr. Mark Trolice on his Fertility Care Podcast, a bi-weekly podcast that is informative and educational for anyone facing fertility challenges.
The discussion with Dr. Trolice was centered around the fertility patient’s experience and how it can be overwhelming, frustrating, and produce a real sense of emotional, psychological, and financial overload.
By combining efforts to provide the highest level of customer care for fertility patients, we are able to amplify the message of hope, infertility awareness, enhance patient experience, improve communication, and help reduce some of the stress that goes along with fertility treatment. Let us know what you think of our chat on patient advocacy and the importance of patient experience.

Throughout the fertility journey, here is a quick tip for self-directed care. A basic neuroplasicity exercise to generate #positivefertilityvibes and focus your brain on pulling in positivity.
Two minute mental health booster during fertility treatment…
Find a quiet place to get centered. Sitting still, close your eyes, and name five things worth celebrating right now. Don’t overthink it. It could be something as simple as… there was no up charge for guac at lunch today… or knowing that you’re going to binge watch Netflix tonight… or the fact that you’re ready to start cycling.
Whatever you are feeling, acknowledge it and feel a sense of gratitude about any five things… right now. Enjoy!
